The hotel was exceptional, characterized by its cleanliness and comfort. The food was excellent and fresh. It is a very pleasant and tranquil place to stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku, as the location is both excellent and convenient.

The rooms were in good condition the bathrooms were great and receptionist were very helpful and very kind with us, the most thing that I liked about this hotel that it doesn't allow you to bring anyone from outside, this hotel is better for family or couples.Also, the breakfast was good but be aware they don't change the buffet everyday as it's consider a family hotel not a 5 star hotel.

A heartfelt thank you to Aysal and Hassan, the wonderful receptionists at Ganjali Plaza Hotel. Their helpful attitude and excellent service, even late at night, made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Ganjali Plaza Hotel for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Aysal and Hassan, for making our stay special. We had 10 rooms and had good fun.

For me the location was perfect - close to most of the business hotels, close to the waterfront, and 20 mins walk to anything interesting. Staff was courteous. The price was great.

Great hotel in the centre of Baku! Very quiet, with a homely atmosphere! I had a luxury room booked but as I had been checked in earlier (no problems at 7am and no extra charge) they gave me another one and I liked it so much I did not want to change into a suite! I liked it so much I didn't have to move to a suite.... There were two super tasty cafes across the road at the main traffic lights. I would say thank you to Nargiz who took care of any request and Maksim who helped with early check-in. Highly recommended!

The service and location were great. We stayed during the COP29 which the price was too much, however, the experience there was great for us.

The hotel was very nice. The room, bathroom and toilet were all clean. I felt like I was at home.The price was also very reasonable.Those looking for a place to stay in the center of Baku can choose this place without hesitation.
